What does it smell like? Taste like? What color and weight is it? How does it make your heart and body feel? Hold your desire with you - always.

What if I told you that YOU have the ability to bring your desire to life? The cognitive behavior triangle shows us that our thoughts create our feelings and our feelings create our behavior. I like to think of this as in-turn also creating our results and the outcome we receive.
I was recently at a leadership training and this philosophy was brought up again. It reminded me that the choice is mine, everyday, because my thoughts create it all. Trainings, conferences and workshops have a tendency to exist at a high vibration and give us space to believe that we can do ANYTHING! Amazing power, right?
We've all been there - totally inspired, completely motivated and ready to conquer the world! It's an amazing feeling, so why and how does it diminish? Frequently, we get in our heads, introduce negative thoughts, tell ourselves that we can't for various reasons and the spiral towards no results takes over. BAM! Just like that our results suffer and we lose that high vibration.
So how do you get it back? It all begins with mindset! YOU are the only one who can make the shift and the only one who can get you to your desire.
